ANCHI: National commission for Scheduled Caste (NCSC) has held ABVP - BJP student's wing - and callous approach of Hyderabad Central University (HCU) responsible for death of Rohith Vemula. According to the commission chairman, Rohith was forced to commit suicide.
NCSC chairperson, PL Punia was here on Wednesday along with his team to hold a meeting with state officials where he expressed disappointment with the way Centre handled the crisis arising as an aftermath of the suicide incident. "At one hand union minister of state for labour Bandaru Dattatreya in his letter says that university campus has become a den of casteist, anti-national and anti-social elements and on the other five union ministers come out to justify the action of university," he said.
